The Snake and the Tree
Max’s plan to win friends and hide his limp by mastering soccer works brilliantly, until an injury grounds him indefinitely. A shattered window forces him to meet Ti, the bully magnet, and the last guy on the street he’d want to befriend.
To avoid getting grounded forever, Max agrees to help Ti test his invention, the Quantum Locator, not knowing it can find anyone, anywhere, and not knowing an unlikely friendship is about to begin.
Max, Ti, and Max’s dog Ralphie stumble through a portal into a forest guarded by a giant snake emperor. Now it’s up to the boys to escape before Emperor Snibble turns them into enemies, and Max loses the only true friend he’s ever made.
